Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Information you provide: name, email address, company, and message content when you contact us or request services.
• Automatic data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referrer), retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
• Payments: when you pay via Stripe, Stripe collects your payment details. We do not store your card information on our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and deliver services you have requested.
• To send invoices and receipts.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising on this Site.

Cookies and analytics

The Site does not currently use tracking cookies. We may add minimal first-party analytics in the future; if so, this policy will be updated, and we will document what is collected.

Data retention

We retain client communications and contracts for as long as we have an active business relationship, plus the period required by US tax and corporate law (generally up to seven years). Server logs are deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request deletion, by emailing anton@medennikov.com. We respond within 30 days. Where applicable under GDPR or CCPA, you also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US under the safeguards of US contract and consumer-protection law.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
