Refund & Cancellation

Consulting and discovery calls (hourly)

Hours are billed only after delivery. If you are not satisfied with delivered work, contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the work, describe the issue, and we will issue a full refund for the disputed hours — no further justification required.

Discovery Sprint ($500 fixed)

Fully refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled call if you change your mind. Non-refundable once the call has started. If you proceed to a Custom Engagement within 30 days, the $500 is credited toward the engagement fee.

Custom engagements

Refund terms are defined in the per-engagement written scope. Our default structure is milestone-based: each milestone is invoiced after delivery and is refundable in full if rejected in writing within 5 business days of delivery, with the reasons for rejection stated.

Cancellations

Discovery calls and scheduled meetings can be cancelled or rescheduled by email at no cost, up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. For active engagements, either party may terminate with written notice; work delivered up to the termination date remains payable, and any prepaid amounts not yet earned are refunded within 14 days.

How to request a refund

Email anton@medennikov.com with the subject line "Refund request" and reference the invoice number. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7 business days via the original Stripe payment method.

Chargebacks

If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first. We almost always resolve issues faster directly than through a card-network chargeback. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in suspension of future services.
